Antes de Alma Ibérica, en Sant Boi todo el mundo conocía el Bar Júcar: un bar con más de 60 años de historia y un mítico de la ciudad.
El bar que abría antes que nadie
Era el bar que más pronto abría de Sant Boi. El primer café del día se tomaba aquí, con la barra llena de gente que empezaba la jornada.
Donde mejor se cenaba en los 70
En los años 70 era el sitio donde mejor se cenaba en Sant Boi. Cocina de casa, mesas llenas y ambiente de bar de toda la vida.
Bocadillos en el mercadillo
Todos los sábados, la hija de la casa repartía bocadillos en el mercadillo.
Y hoy, Alma Ibérica
Hoy Alma Ibérica quiere recoger ese legado: abrir temprano, cocinar bien y que el barrio vuelva a tener su bar. Producto ibérico de verdad, tapas hechas al momento y bocadillos, como siempre.

The bar that opened before anyone else
It was the earliest bar to open in Sant Boi. The first coffee of the day was had here, with the bar full of people starting their day.
The best dinners in town in the 70s
In the 1970s it was the best place for dinner in Sant Boi. Home cooking, full tables and a classic neighbourhood-bar atmosphere.
Bocadillos at the Saturday market
Every Saturday, the owners' daughter handed out bocadillos at the street market.
And today, Alma Ibérica
Today Alma Ibérica wants to carry on that legacy: open early, cook well and give the neighbourhood its bar back. Proper Iberian produce, tapas made to order and bocadillos, just like always.
